OUR PROCESS

initial meeting
This where we will discuss all the important details of your big day and make sure we are the perfect fit. We are so excited to hear all about your love story!

booking
Based on our initial meeting we will choose and customize the perfect collection tailored to your big day and send a contract that clearly outlines the terms and conditions. Once approved and signed we require a 30% retainer to secure your wedding date and then you are all set!

PLANNING + CONSULTATIONS
As your wedding day approaches, we will work closely with you to finalize all the important details. We will discuss timeline, locations, and any specific shots that you want captured. We are here to offer guidance and suggestions to ensure everything runs smoothly and is stress free!

ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Gallery Delivery
We include a complimentary engagement sessions with most of our packages because not only does it give you a beautiful set of photos to cherish, it also allows you to experience what your photography will be like on your wedding day and allows you to feel more comfortable in front of the lens.
We know how excited you are to see your photos and video so we work as quickly as we can while still making sure you receive the photos and video of your dreams. Your sneak peek album and teaser trailer will be delivered within one week of your wedding. Your full digital gallery will be delivered within 8-10 weeks and videos within 12-14 weeks. Followed by your customized USB keepsake box and prints. This is also when we can discuss heirloom albums or any additional prints.

On your wedding day, our team will arrive at the agreed upon time fully prepared to capture every precious moment. We strive for a fun stress free day so you can relax enjoy the celebration!

Do you shoot film or digital?
Both! We are so excited to offer a mixture of digital and film for your big day. Our editing style has always had a film look but now you will have a film style mixed cohesively with authentic film images.
How will I receive my photos and video?
All of our collections include a beautiful keepsake box and USB but you will also receive a high resolution digital gallery that is easy to share with family and friends. For video, you will receive a digital link to download and share at your convenience.
Do I have to book photo and video?
Not at all! We love that we are able to offer both services to our couples for a beautiful cohesive look but we frequently provide just photo or just video and throughly enjoy working with others in our community.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! We love to travel! The first 75 miles from Fairhope, Alabama are included and after that travel fees do apply. BUT depending on location we do offer some travel discounts.
What if I don't need an engagement session?
We highly recommend taking advantage of your engagement session whenever possible but if you can't we totally understand. Engagement sessions included in wedding collections are complimentary but we can discuss exchanging them for additional coverage so you don't feel as though you are missing out.
DO YOU offer albums?
We do! Our heirloom albums are stunning and completely customizable. Your wedding photos deserve a permanent place outside of the computer screen where they can be enjoyed for years to come. They also make amazing gifts!
